YOUR TASKS

  • Providing guidance, support, promotion, and assistance to people with complex disabilities in consultation with the specialist (m/f/d)
  • Conducting individual and group activities to structure the day in collaboration with the team
  • Carrying out creative activities and work assignments
  • Performing necessary care tasks
  • Documenting (e.g. attendance, reports)

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) (LG1/LG2 certificate), childcare assistant (m/f/d), or special needs care assistant (m/f/d)
  • Experience in working with people with complex disabilities is desirable
  • High social competence and empathy in dealing with people in need of assistance
  • Cooperative teamwork, sense of responsibility, and commitment
  • Driver's license class B is an advantage
