Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of various documents from our clients for digitalization
  • Scanning of different document formats
  • Softwaresupported archiving tasks
  • Random quality control of digitized documents
  • Classification of documents and capture of metadata

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial/technical apprenticeship
  • Ideally, you already have some professional experience in a similar position but this is not a must technically savvy career changers (m/f/d) with a serviceoriented mindset are also welcome at any time
  • Very confident handling of PC (Windows, MS-Office, file system)
  • Technical interest in scanner hardware and related software (including supervision scanners)
  • Independent and precise work
  • High IT understanding
  • Reliability, independent work style, and flexibility
  • Driver's license class B
