Production Manager (m/f/d) for our event and stadium catering.
You'll master this with ease:
- Personnel management and scheduling, as well as further development of the workflow organization in collaboration with the four department heads
- Ensuring compliance with inhouse and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Checking orders and deliveries of goods, as well as inventory of stock levels
- Contributing to the development of our dishes
You'll bring this to our team:
- Completed vocational training as a chef, as well as several years of experience, ideally with a catering company
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Good knowledge of German
