Your tasks:


  • Taking on independent subtasks in various projects
  • Support in the areas of leadership and organizational development
  • Participation in daily business operations

Your profile:


  • Advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources or Organizational Management
  • First practical experience in the field of Human Resources is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Structured and independent work style, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
