The Fliedners Lafim-Diakonie is looking for you for our contact and counseling center
Lichthof, located at Magdeburger Straße 12 in 14806 Bad Belzig, starting on
January 1st, 2023, in a part-time position (16 hours per week).


The contact and counseling center is an open meeting place for people with mental health problems who are seeking advice or are unable to solve their difficulties on their own.

Here, individuals have the opportunity for shared activities, encounters, and to exchange experiences with others, while also receiving support and comprehensive advice from our staff to help them cope with daily life.

What tasks can you look forward to?

  • You will take on administrative and organizational tasks within the counseling center for people with mental illness.
  • During opening hours, you will lead activities in the open meeting place.
  • You will also lead activities within your team by arrangement.
  • You will be a point of contact for our visitors in their life situations.
How can you convince us?

  • You have a recognized professional qualification or experience in the social field.
  • You have experience in dealing with mental illness and working with family members.
  • Your emotional and social competence, as well as good communication and teamwork skills, set you apart.
  • You are flexible and creative, and enjoy working in a small team.
  • You have a valid driver's license.
  • You are familiar with common software.
  • You respect the Christian values
