What does your training include?

During your training, you will learn about the diverse tasks of a commercial insurance and financial services specialist at the Berlin brokerage office. With a focus on sales, you will gain a variety of insights into the activities of the field service. You will directly apply your theoretical knowledge from vocational school to practical situations. The training usually lasts three years, but can be shortened by six months with good performance. After completing your training, you will be able to take on a responsible role.

You process applications: You will learn how to review and process applications.
Efficient claims settlement: We will teach you how to properly review and process claims.
Friendly and empathetic customer service: From consultation to insurance application to payout of claims, you will advise our customers by phone or email.
Exciting tasks: You will gain insights into various insurance sectors, especially sales units and field service.
Interesting seminars: At seminars at our headquarters, you will meet many trainees from other locations and learn about all insurance sectors, as well as tips and tricks for successful customer communication.
