The Individual Severe Disability Care (ISB) of the Bodelschwingh Evangelical Foundation assists people with disabilities in all aspects of life.

The goal of the assistance is to overcome barriers in everyday life and promote self-determination together with the clients.


Responsibilities:


The assistants of the ISB support with daily household management and self-care, as well as leisure activities, social and cultural participation, and much more.

The content of the assistance is as diverse as the people who use it.


Qualifications:

  • Willingness to participate in the daily lives of people with disabilities and to follow their wishes and preferences
  • Polite and friendly demeanor
  • Punctuality, responsibility, flexibility, and independence
  • Empathy, experience in household management, and common sense are good prerequisites for working in the ISB
  • No formal education required; experience working with people with disabilities is desirable
