Head of Housekeeping (m/w/d) - 35-hour week - Ruby Hanna Design Hotel, South Mills, NC

The Ruby Hanna Hotel, with 150 high-quality rooms, is located in "Das Gerber," one of the most sought-after shopping centers in downtown Stuttgart.

Within walking distance of the New Palace, State Gallery, and City Hall Square, the hotel is also in close proximity to the Stuttgart Market Hall and the trendiest restaurants and bars in the city.

We are currently seeking a Head of Housekeeping (m/w/d) to join our opening team in July 2023.


At Ruby, you will never be bored, as you will:

  • Lead a team of housekeeping service providers, responsible for capacity and quality management, delivery and performance control
  • Daily inspection of all guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, ensuring compliance with Ruby Housekeeping quality standards
  • Procure work and consumable materials in collaboration with the central operations support team
  • Monitor housekeeping budget compliance
  • Conduct minor maintenance and repair tasks independently or coordinate with external parties
  • Work closely with the office at our headquarters in Munich
