What you ́ll do
As a member of our team, you will support us in our daily tasks:

  • Updating user assistance for SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • Working in our content management system, ixiasoft DITA CCMS
  • Creating and updating (interactive) PowerPoint graphics
  • Developing quick demos
  • Creating and updating Wiki pages
  • Completing administrative tasks
To successfully carry out these tasks, you will receive training and support from us. As you gain experience and ambition, your responsibilities will increase.


What you bring

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing, Translation, English, Information Technology, or Business Administration
  • Language skills: Excellent command of English and German
  • Soft skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, highly committed and proactive, independent, precise, and wellorganized work style

Meet your Team


You will join a supportive team in SAP Cloud ERP, consisting of technical writers and translators from diverse backgrounds and locations.

Our team is responsible for writing and translating software documentation, including user interface texts. We also create graphics, how-to videos, and SAP Community blog posts.
