Invoicing: - Controlling and
preparation of reports: - Correspondence by dictation
Support of management in all _administrative and organizational matters_

minutetaking, documentation and
reporting: - Schedule management including
travel planning and travel expense accounting - Handling

- Completed
commercial training e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d) - Professional experience as a
commercial employee (m/f/d), in
office / in
assistance or in
administration: - Excellent
communication skills and fluency in
