Description
Your tasks:
- Monitoring, ensuring and optimizing ongoing production processes
- Personnel planning and goal-oriented employee management
- Planning, controlling and requesting necessary materials
- Quality control of finished products
- Planning and implementation of maintenance and repair work
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a trade or industry, such as concrete and reinforced concrete builder or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have a solid knowledge of precast construction
- Proficient in using computers and common MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of German language, both written and spoken
