Your responsibilities:
- Telephone and written customer support
- Preparation of offers
- Order processing, creation and recording
- Disposition of orders
- Maintenance and expansion of contacts and relationships with our customers and partners
- Handling of complaints
- Constructive collaboration with our sales team

- Completed technical or commercial training
