You provide care, security, and comfort, and activate and motivate together with your team. If something doesn't work out, we support each other. By the way, this is common throughout the

  • You create an active and interesting daily routine with our residents.
  • You motivate them to participate in activities to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Your presence and initiative in conversations help alleviate fears and provide guidance and encouragement.
  • You pay attention to changes in the wellbeing of the residents and maintain close communication with the nursing staff.
  • You contribute to the dignified care of the dying.
