JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Your responsibilities:
  • Point of contact and control center for visitors, patients, service providers, and employees
  • Issuing media cards (telephone, TV)
  • Issuing keys, documentation, and return checks
  • Reservation and booking of parent rooms
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Handling mail distribution
  • Entrance control
  • Arranging taxi rides

Your professional and personal qualifications:

  • High level of reliability and ability to work independently
  • Confident, customeroriented, and polite demeanor
  • Work experience in reception, retail, or hospitality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and in a team
  • Excellent communication
