Your tasks:

Order processing and customer support
Participation in work preparation
Collaboration in the areas of calculation and machine technology
Implementation of continuous improvement processes and optimization of product quality
Support in the development and maintenance of an effective management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO 1400
Participation in customer complaints, creation of 8D reports
Creation and maintenance of inspection plans and drawings based on customer specifications
Creation of initial sample inspection reports
Support in the operational (administrative) daily business

Your profile:

Minimum requirement: completed technical vocational training or completed training as a technician / master
Systematic and methodical work approach
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Basic understanding of IT systems and good MS Office skills
Good English skills in spoken and written form
