Conway Training for Nursing Assistants (m/f/d)


This training program provides knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide qualified care and support for elderly people under the guidance of a professional.

This includes primarily assisting with basic needs such as eating and personal hygiene, as well as various measures for home design, activation, rehabilitation, and leisure activities.

The practical training takes place in a facility of our cooperation partners. Careers in elderly care have a promising future, offering diverse and fulfilling job opportunities and prospects.


Requirements:

  • Enjoy working with people and respect for older or disabled individuals
  • Good physical health
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent recognized educational qualification

Duration:

  • 700 hours of theoretical instruction
  • 900 hours of practical training


The theoretical training takes place at the Grone Academy for Nursing and Healthcare Professions in Frankfurt, two days per week.

The practical part of the training can be completed at a nursing home or in a home care service in the local area.
