La Playa is one of the most modern bakeries in the Allgäu region, and is located in Durach. Every day, the manager and his team bake fresh bread and pastries, such as rolls, pretzels, and crusty bread, as well as cakes and sweet treats. These products are delivered fresh daily to both La Playa locations and the Feneberg Lebensmittel GmbH stores. Our bakery employs approximately 250 staff members in production and across 15 La Playa locations. In 2011, we made the decision to only use natural ingredients in our baking. This means we do not use any artificial additives such as emulsifiers, stabilizers, or phosphates, and only use ingredients that belong in our baked goods, such as flour, water, yeast, sourdough, and spices.
Your responsibilities will include:- Operating production machinery
- Weighing ingredients
- Preparing dough
- Shaping dough pieces
- Making fine pastries
- Operating the oven
