YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Support international customers with questions and equipment malfunctions * Increase customer satisfaction through consultation, active sales, and cross-selling * Actively participate in the development of new service offerings * Occasional international service assignments; travel approximately 25% YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Basic training as an electrician, mechanic, automotive technician, or truck mechanic * Proven track record with commercial flair in plant or machinery construction * Several years of experience in the field of electrical engineering required; experience with PLC and drive technology advantageous * Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French advantageous * Proficient in MS Office * Independent and resilient personality with organizational and communication skills OUR BENEFITS * Interesting and diverse work in a motivated team *
