Description

Directors are responsible driving the strategic direction for their brands and managing a team of digital and programmatic practitioners bringing to life successful campaigns across clients within the dentsu portfolio of agencies including Carat, dentsuX/360i, and iProspect.

Bring to life successful and campaigns across the mid and lower stages of the funnel. You understand the programmatic and digital landscape and have worked in and know how to navigate multiple platforms.

You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and can operate independently to enhance the operational success of clients' campaigns and overall business objectives.

Dedicated focus on taking Digital and Social information from agency leadership, central team, other accounts, and important partners and filtering through the client lens.

You will provide ongoing expertise and strategic thinking that pushes the client business forward - e.g., testing ideas and roadmaps.

You will employ and define techniques to inspire creativity and excellent campaign performance through an understanding of digital technologies and a passion for creative problem solving grounded in data.

This position can be performed remote and you will report into the Head of Activation.


Main Accountabilities:


  • Client's primary contact and counterpart in strategic planning across the Consideration & Acquisition portfolio.
  • Represent agency in client leadership meetings
  • Manage client relationships, priorities and deliverables through agency leadership
  • Manage a team of programmatic, digital and social practitioners with a focus on leading team deliverables, fostering individual growth across team
  • Ensure the team follows defined process for campaign management across digital and programmatic channels, including excellent handsonkeys activation work
  • Inspire creativity for assigned brand(s) and share with digital and programmatic community
  • Work alongside client analytics leadership to ensure we are measuring and testing our media
  • Manage monthly investment and revenue tracking across portfolio of clients
  • Communicate frequently with agency leads and client to connect on team performance, campaign health, and strategic growth opportunities
  • Constantly stay up to date on the latest dentsu activation and internal tools
  • Assist leadership with new business pitches
  • Establish quarterly plans that focus on account growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' experience in the programmatic and digital industry
  • Experience with paid social
  • Experience working in Google products such as DV360, GA, CM360 and GA
  • Experience with team management
  • Experience across all digital media channels and ability to eloquently speak to each
  • Extremely experienced in direct client relationship management trusted client advisor and familiar working as an extension of a client team
  • Experience working on acquisition strategy with a large focus on return on investment
  • Collaboration mindset
  • Detailoriented with attention to project management and followthrough
  • Proficient in programmatic technology, platform, and partner solutions
