We are a large orthopedic and trauma surgery practice located in the beautiful neighborhood of Berlin-Spandau Gatow.

Your responsibilities:


  • Scheduling surgery appointments and corresponding with Havelklinik and patients
  • Conducting presurgery consultations with patients and preparing surgical documents
  • Coordinating surgeries between doctors and the affiliated clinic
  • Assisting in surgeries at Havelklinik

Your profile:


  • You have completed a vocational training as a medical assistant
  • Experience in surgery planning and interest in surgical assistance is desirable but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good manners and professionalism
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Organizational skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Knowledge of Medistar is desirable but not mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of common office programs such as Word and Excel
