As an internationally operating IT specialist, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Software Test Manager (m/w/d).

In our modern, hybrid work culture, you can decide for yourself at which of our locations you want to work: Cologne, Rostock, Leipzig, or Gütersloh, with the flexibility to work remotely, for example from home.

You will become part of a 70-person QA team, spread across nine locations in four countries, ensuring high quality for our diverse projects and products. We are all united by our passion to make our software even better every day and to inspire our customers. Close collaboration within agile development teams is just as much a part of our self-image as the use of modern technologies in the field of test automation.

What tasks await you

  • Planning, controlling and conducting test activities in different phases of the software life cycle
  • Analysis, design and documentation of automated and manual test cases, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements
  • Planning and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks for various software products
  • Close collaboration with our product management and developers within our agile and cross-functional software development
  • Ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of assigned products through regular and systematic testing
