Description

We are looking for you for the Dual Study Program for the Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG in the locations of Bremen, Hamburg, Osnabrück, and Kiel. Your theory phases will be completed, after consultation, for example at HAWK Hildesheim, Hochschule Hannover, TH Lübeck, or at a university of your choice in Northern Germany. The duration of the program is typically 6 to 7 semesters, depending on the university. During the semester breaks, you will work with us at the company.

What to expect:

Content of theory phases:

Basic engineering principles (e.g. mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, technical mechanics, and computer science)
Basics of business administration and technical management
Possibly, depending on the university, key qualifications such as interdisciplinary thinking, project management, and presentation techniques

Content of practical phases:

Comprehensive insight into the essential areas of railway operations and the associated infrastructure
Participation in exciting projects, such as the maintenance and development of infrastructure
Getting to know internal and external stakeholders and dealing with different interests
Participation in on-site appointments (e.g. track inspections and meetings)
