What you'll be doing with us:

  • Support in day-to-day operations and processing of employee requests
  • Management of entry, exit, and change processes
  • Creation of documents from A like employment contract to Z like reference letter
  • Recording of corresponding changes and new entries in the systems
  • Participation in projects and support in optimizing processes and systems

What you bring with you:


  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with additional qualifications or a completed degree in the field of human resources
  • Knowledge of individual and collective labor law, preferably also in the TVöD
  • High service orientation and confident handling of multiple inquiries
  • Experience with the processes, procedures, and communication channels of the German Armed Forces is an advantage.
