Quality Assurance Officer - Food (m/f/d)

Permanent - To be filled: immediately - Working hours: 38 hours per week - Location: Übach-Palenberg - Job ID: WHAT YOU WILL DO Ensuring compliance with quality standards within the framework of control plans, specifications, IFS requirements and hygiene procedures Ensuring smooth laboratory operations with the help of rapid analytics Continuous monitoring of compliance with all process and product parameters, required controls, and test reports Ongoing review of process and work instructions according to IFS and HACCP concepts Raising awareness among employees for compliance with occupational safety regulations and hygiene procedures WHAT YOU BRING Completed vocational training as a chemical-technical assistant, food technology with a focus on bakery technology, or bakery salesperson, completed studies in the field of oecotrophology, food technology, or similar (career changers welcome) Professional experience in quality assurance, preferably with a focus on the bakery industry, frozen foods, or entry-level Knowledge of working with chemical and sensory laboratories, as well as rapid analytics (NIR, rheology) Experience in dealing with problems and crises Knowledge of food law Willingness to
