Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the market operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and profitability
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Maintain and enforce the State and local health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and market performance
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
