Your responsibilities

The tasks of the future position holder include the independent management of Department 2 at Klingerschule, which currently includes the following training occupations:
Insurance and financial services clerks
Healthcare management assistants

This includes, among others:

Design and curricular development in the training occupations of the department, participation and coordination with various external and internal committees
Organization and implementation of learning location cooperations as well as exchange with local training companies and chambers of commerce and industry to coordinate examination processes and formats for the training occupations of the department
Organizational and professional coordination of the training occupations insurance and financial services clerks and healthcare management assistants
Creation of the lesson distribution as well as input and maintenance of all LUSD relevant data
Collaboration in the school management team and the overall school development

Modification of tasks or transfer of other tasks to this position is possible if school-related matters and/or framework conditions change.

The general expectations for the new position holder are based on the Hessian School Act, the service regulations and the general guidelines of the Hessian Ministry of Culture for filling functional positions at schools in the Hessenportal, the decree on the job posting and selection process for filling positions of November 24, 2017 (ABI.1/18, p. 35 ff).
