Responsibilities

  • Maintaining relevant employee data for clients based on legal, collective bargaining, or company regulations
  • Corresponding with health insurance companies, insurers, authorities, and agencies and handling other payrollrelated questions
  • Responsible for payment transactions in the area of payroll and for conducting personnel cost projections
  • Creating evaluations and statistics

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll accounting
  • Training as an administrative assistant, personnel clerk, or in another equivalent commercial profession
  • Indepth knowledge of tax and social security law as well as collective bargaining law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g. creating mail merges, creating evaluations and tables). You enjoy working in a structured, independent, and above all, careful manner.
