The St. Raphael Caritas Senior and Disability Assistance is one of the largest social service providers in northern Rhineland-Palatinate.

In our non-profit organization, over employees are committed at 40 locations in the districts of Ahrweiler, Bernkastel-Wittlich, Cochem-Zell and Mayen-Koblenz.

For our residential facility "Haus in der Koblenzer Straße" in Mayen, we are looking for a Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:
With your dedicated nature, you accompany people with disabilities in their daily lives. You support your team leader in personnel management and employee retention. Responsibility for the creation, implementation and documentation of service provision. Participation in the conceptual development in a multi-professional team.

Your profile:
A completed pedagogical / nursing training, e.g. Heilpädagoge, educator, geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent.

Enjoyment of taking on responsibility Competencies in independent and structured work Commitment, reliability and team spirit Driver's license class B Our offer:
