Your Responsibilities:

Functional and disciplinary management of the Quality Assurance department, including metrology, and its assigned employees
Analysis and improvement of processes and products

- (Implementation and deadline) control, initiation and management of measures or activities in case of deviations from target specifications

Implementation or introduction of preventive measures and methods to achieve the "zerodefect philosophy"
Coordination and management of quality assurance measures
Sustainable strengthening of quality awareness among all employees, as well as planning and conducting audits
Responsibility for the conception and definition of measures to ensure highquality standards
Ensuring compliance with quality objectives and ensuring product quality, as well as documentation
Contact person and representative for customers and suppliers, and reporting to the plant management
Support in the further development of the quality management system

Your Profile:

Successfully completed scientific or technical studies, ideally with a focus on quality management, alternatively technically experienced graduates in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance, experience in the automotive industry
Good knowledge of essential quality management systems and tools (ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc
