Establishment and Support in Dortmund

We are looking for a part-time hours per week) project manager to establish and support a free school breakfast program in our funding region of Eastern Ruhrgebiet: Greater Dortmund area, starting as soon as possible.

This position requires regular field visits in the region, including school visits starting at 7am.

Your responsibilities

Establishing the funding region on site (from school acquisition to communication with authorities)
Recruiting volunteers for breakfast distribution (needs analysis, advertising and posting, interviews, introducing volunteers to schools)
Implementation of funding projects (reviewing and forwarding applications, ensuring timely implementation, monitoring projects in terms of type and scope)
Support for schools and volunteers (advising on project-related questions, assisting with project implementation)
Organizing events
Handling project-related inquiries
Establishing and maintaining a project-related network
Coordinating appointments with press, sponsors, and schools
Regular exchange with regional management
