Expert Global Mobility (m/f/d)

Your new tasks:


  • Responsible business partner for expatriate employees (including thirdcountry assignments) and the business in the home and host country for the entire duration of the assignment for the entire Eberspächer Group worldwide.
  • Advising departments, managers, and HR worldwide on all questions regarding international assignments while adhering to all legal regulations (tax law, labor law, and social security law) and in collaboration with external service providers (tax consulting firms, relocation services, etc.).
  • Assisting in the selection of suitable candidates and making decisions about potential assignments. Advising interested employees, including clarifying individual case scenarios.
  • Calculating compensation packages and other benefits and supporting home and host payroll according to country and assignmentspecific requirements.
  • Further development of the globally applicable policy and participation in national and international projects related to the field of global mobility.

Your profile:


  • Degree in business administration, social sciences, human resource
