I am in need of a Personal Trainer service in Fruitdale, CA with the following characteristics:
How many people will be participating in the training? 1 person
What is the main training goal? To tone, strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve endurance
How often do you currently exercise? 1-2 times per week
Is the training for a specific event? To strengthen the left side mainly. I have had 2 surgeries on my L5, L4, and S4.
Do you have any concerns or injuries? Back problems
Do you have a preference for the gender of the professional? No preference
What is the age of the client? 26-40 years old
Where would you like the training to take place? At my home or at a location recommended by the trainer
When is a convenient time for you to train? Weekends
