For our international client in the Augsburg district, we are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for direct placement.

Our client is a leading provider of train control systems for manufacturing companies.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independently prepare and execute monthly payroll for employees (m/f/d) in Germany
  • Handle administrative and technical tasks related to payroll
  • Maintain master data, issue certificates, and handle yearend and annual closing tasks
  • Advise employees (m/f/d) and pensioners (m/f/d) on payroll and social security and tax obligations
  • Serve as the main contact (m/f/d) for health insurance companies and authorities

Your profile:


  • Several years of experience in payroll processing using SAP
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP HCM
  • Independent, responsible, and reliable work style
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders in a modern familyowned company
