Within our organization, you will take on a newly created position with a lot of room for creativity and work closely with our management team.

Your responsibilities:


  • Conceptual and strategic development of public relations and marketing measures
  • Collaboration in the external representation of our organization in the (professional) public
  • Press work
  • Support and consultation of the management team in internal and external communication matters
  • Editorial management and implementation of social media activities
  • Further development of materials for external representation in corporate design
  • Planning and execution of events, such as job fairs, Mental Health Week, and professional conferences

Your profile:


  • A degree in communication science, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • PR or journalism training or several years of relevant practical experience
  • Experience in editorial management for a publication, social media management
  • Experience in planning/creating corporate wording and corporate design materials
  • Enjoyment of design, development, and innovation
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Ability to independently and systematically familiarize oneself with new topics
  • Open and friendly
