Your responsibilities

  • Operational procurement of manufacturing parts according to drawings and parts lists
  • Operational procurement of purchased components according to parts lists or complete assemblies
  • Creation of qualified inquiries including obtaining, evaluating and assessing offers
  • Conducting procurement negotiations
  • Independent processing of orders and monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines
  • Qualification of new suppliers and delivery parts
  • Supplier selection, evaluation and optimization of delivery performance
  • Conducting procurement market analyses
  • Handling of complaint management
  • Analysis of procurement structures and processes as well as realization and initiation of cost reduction potentials
  • Preparation of postcalculation and spare parts offers
Requirements

  • Technical education or degree, e.g. technician, technical business administrator or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in technical procurement (advantageous: knowledge and experience in automation technology)
  • Proficient handling of drawings and parts lists
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office)
  • Competence and commitment
  • High level of customer orientation as well as team and communication skills
  • High degree of independence and initiative
  • Confident appearance as well as independent and reliable, businessoriented, goaloriented work style
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
