Our production team in Steinach creates a highly porous product from glass, which is an essential carrier substance for the production of synthetic DNA/RNA sequences in the life science and pharmaceutical industries worldwide.

As a production employee, you will independently handle all tasks related to the production of porous glass (CPG). You can expect a family-like work environment, flat hierarchies, and comprehensive training that also allows for career changes. We look forward to having you on our team

Responsibilities:

Independently carry out all tasks related to the production of CPG, such as grinding, sieving, chemical extraction, and wastewater treatment
Support the production management with production planning and scheduling, if needed
Conduct analytical measurements as part of inprocess controls, such as moisture, density, surface area, and porosimetry
Document processes in both paper and digital form
Write deviation reports
Perform or organize regular maintenance/inspections of equipment

Qualifications:

Completed training or bachelor's degree in a chemical or technical field, or relevant work experience in the glass industry or equipment control
Team and communication skills
Qualityconsciousness and reliability
Good knowledge of MS Office or similar programs
Proficiency in English
