What you bring:

  • Professional qualification in the hotel industry
  • At least one year of professional experience in accounting in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts
  • Adherence to the principles of proper accounting according to HGB
  • Excellent knowledge of Opera and Office programs (especially Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Checking and correcting all revenues booked in the front office system
  • Participation in invoice reconciliations
  • Debt collection and followup / lawyer collection
  • Clarification and response to guest inquiries regarding invoices and correspondence
  • Processing and ongoing monitoring of incoming payments
  • Obtaining credit and liquidity checks and followup
  • Reconciliation and booking of bank receipts to the correct accounts
