Description

The Schwarz IT department manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments' business processes with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements from the departments through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

Participation in the project for digitizing the international inbound supply chain
Liaison between the departments, development department, and external IT partners
Conception and execution of workshops with the departments to jointly develop requirements with a focus on transport logistics and supply chain optimization
Evaluation of requirements developed in collaboration with the departments in terms of implementation, cost-effectiveness, and potential for optimization
Integration of requirements into the development process
Testing and acceptance of developed solutions in collaboration with the departments
Active support during the rollout
Training of departments and contact persons for user questions regarding the responsible IT solutions
Support and continuous optimization of IT solutions and ensuring smooth operational processes and functions
Continuous development of our IT solutions towards innovative solutions - the goal: digital transformation towards Supply Chain 4.0
