Employees (m/f/d) in commercial facility management at our Mainz location, full-time (40 hours per week).As a company within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, we have been providing secure jobs for around 300 employees for over 20 years.
Together with the Sparkassen, we ensure jobs in the local area and are continuously expanding to new locations nationwide.Our services are tailored to the needs of the Sparkassen and are divided into the areas of real estate, cash supply, general administrative tasks, and financial accounting.
Through optimal process and cost management, we make an important contribution to the future viability of our customers.We offer various services related to real estate to the Sparkassen, including facility management, property management, cleaning, caretaking, and security and intervention services.
What are my responsibilities? Acting as a liaison between our customers and contracted service providers (e.g. craftsmen, etc.)
