This is your task:

  • Leading and providing technical advice to employees in your area of responsibility
  • Finetuning production orders and optimizing process flows
  • Scheduling employee assignments within ongoing production
  • Ensuring timely and quality completion of orders for domestic and international assembly, commissioning, and handover of our maritime cranes to customers
  • Implementing measures for quality assurance and productivity improvement
  • Monitoring compliance with legal and company regulations
  • Adhering to controlling booking guidelines
  • Requirements:
  • Successfully completed technical training
  • Technician or master's degree preferred
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of hydraulics, electrical engineering, and control technology
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • English language skills
  • Communication and assertiveness
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
