At Klier Hair Group, Salon Managers (m/f/d) are coached in their tasks by Area Managers (m/f/d). You will have the full support of the headquarters of Germany's largest chain company.

Your responsibilities

Professional and personal leadership and development of your team
Developing and defining goals with each team member based on company goals and visions (with support from the Area Management)
Independent, structured and goaloriented work
Contributing your own ideas for the development of the salon

Your qualifications

You have completed training as a hairdresser (m/f/d) and have practical experience in the hairdressing trade
Ideally, you have a master's certificate in hairdressing
You value customerfriendly and customeroriented thinking and acting at all times, as well as exceptional team spirit and reliability
