Training as a process technologist in Unna 2024 (m|w|d)

Tasks:

  • Monitoring, control and regulation of the respective production processes and systems for non-ferrous metal production and steel production
  • Handling of production protocols and production schedules
  • Recording and evaluation of operating data and representations for process control
  • Identification and implementation of measures to eliminate disruptions in production processes
  • Maintenance of machines and systems during production changes and restarts
  • Conducting tapping and slagging of the melt through maintenance measures of production machines and systems
  • Application of quality assurance measures
  • Securing, storing and transporting materials, operating resources and production products
Training content & structure:
  • The first year of training begins in our training workshop in Werdohl with the basic course in metal, where fundamentals are taught such as manual skills, working with machining machines, and insights into welding, control and regulation technology
  • From the second year of training, the training takes place on site, where our specialists teach specific content and prepare the process technologists for the exams
  • The training lasts 3.5 years and takes place in Unna and Werdohl (non-ferrous metal forming) and ends with the final exam before the Chamber of Industry and
