If you want to have more time for your trainees, fully dedicate yourself to your core function as a practice instructor, and no longer work directly in patient care, then apply with us.


This is what your daily work looks like:

  • You are the first point of contact for our trainees in the general nursing training program and guide them in their practical work
  • You are responsible for organizing, conducting, and evaluating practice instruction
  • You create individual training plans and document the development of the trainees
  • You accompany them and prepare them for interim and final exams
  • You provide support and ensure the integration of theory and practice
