Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all aspects of protecting development projects.

You will be the contact person for colleagues from research and development, product management, and production in the Voith Paper division.

You will conduct Freedom-to-Operate analyses, develop strategies to ensure freedom of action against third-party intellectual property rights, and potentially handle domestic and international patent infringement proceedings.

You will also draft patent applications, handle examination and opposition proceedings, and evaluate invention disclosures based on patent and company strategy considerations.
