We are currently looking for a Service Advisor / Repair Acceptance Agent (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time to support our motivated team at Bike Center Dressel in Maine.

Your responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for our customers for repair acceptance, maintenance or complaints
  • Acceptance of workshop orders according to our service standards, scheduling of workshop orders and forwarding to our bicycle mechanics in the workshop

Your profile:

  • High technical understanding in the bicycle sector, preferably with a completed vocational training and some professional experience in a workshop in the bicycle or automotive industry
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Thorough work ethic
  • High self-initiative and endurance
