Description
Barclay, NJ - 2400m plot on 3 levels of land. Level 1 is the entrance to the plot through a gate next to the house. Level 2 is the back of the house, accessed by a narrow slope (or two) suitable for wheelbarrows. This area has a lot of weeds and wood debris. Level 3 is the rest of the property, accessed by a narrow embankment also suitable for wheelbarrows. This area is currently being filled and has shrubs that require maintenance. Currently, there are only two ponies grazing on the grass. There is a large embankment on one of the boundaries due to the filling of the adjacent property.
