As part of our team, you will lead a team of industrial mechanics and oversee a connected painting department. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating capacity, resources, and tasks, as well as delegating them accordingly. You will also collaborate with other departments such as procurement, commissioning, and shipping to align assembly work.

Additionally, you will utilize and improve our production control system through an ERP system and ensure necessary training and development opportunities for our team.
