Your Future Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for setting up, preparing, and operating modern production equipment
  • Monitoring and optimizing production processes, as well as packaging of end products
  • Conducting maintenance and repair work, including inspections and maintenance
  • Performing quality control checks during production and supporting continuous improvement processes

Your Profile for the Machine and Equipment Operator Position (m/f/d):

  • Completed vocational training in the field of metal or electrical engineering, e.g. as a metalworker, commissioning technician
  • electrical engineering, electronics technician
  • automation technology (craft), or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing machines and equipment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications would be advantageous
  • Strong quality awareness and adherence to safety regulations
  • Selfmotivation, ability to work independently, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a 3shift system
  • Possession of a forklift or crane license would
