You are:

  • You support and represent the team leader in their tasks and are jointly responsible for the professional leadership, motivation, and development of the team.
  • You work in the daily operational business and ensure the timely and proper completion of tasks together with the team.
  • You ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal company guidelines.
  • You create training materials and train new employees in processes and integrate them into their tasks.
  • You continuously work on optimizing processes and procedures.

You bring:

  • A completed education in the field of logistics, e.g. as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d), logistics specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable education.
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics and first experience in personnel management.
  • Proficient in using a PC and good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP, alternatively in another merchandise management system, is advantageous.
  • A forklift license for operating forklift
