We are looking for you to join our team at the 3PL-operated logistics center in Sindelfingen. The Business Coaches team supports and guides DSP business owners in building and expanding successful last-mile delivery companies.

Your responsibilities:

Close collaboration with 3PL to coordinate business in Europe
Partnership with OTR safety and regional managers to ensure business safety compliance
Global communication with partners and service providers
Supporting owners in entering the program
Coaching business owners (SLS Metric Deep Dive)
Coaching and ensuring effective training and use of tools
Responsible for the relationship between our client and DSP partners
Solution-oriented approach with an agile mindset
Analysis of reports and evaluations to derive actions
Improving driver standards
